Dillie is a FARM BORN visually impaired domestic deer that is a housepet. She is not a wild deer. Dillie's friends are Lady the Standard Poodle , Spaz the black cat, Neffie the abyssinian cat, Screamie the Sun conure. Usually Dillie can be seen lounging on her bed in her bedroom. But last week she was stung by a bee and has been avoiding her room since then. Today she is camped out in this closet. That seems to be where she wants to lay down when she is not outside playing. This is Dillie's bedroom. If she is not up in her bed, she may be playing in other areas of the house or outside grazing and playing. It is Spring, and Dillie loves to play out in the yard in the morning and late afternoon. Dillie is a very special animal whose visual impairment, farm bred background, and bonding to her adopted family has made her completely tame and adapted to the house. There is no other deer that we would ever recommend be kept as a pet like this . In other words, don't try this at home! Dillie wears a "Zoombak" GPS tracking collar to protect her.
