The Pride of Eureka Spring
The wonderful Ozark Community of Eureka Springs has many reasons to be both proud and thankful. We're proud of our neighbors and friends who live and work here and we're proud of our talented artists and musicians who make our lives so enjoyable. We're especially thankful to live in and around a village surrounded by a wealth of natural beauty. With so many mountains, lush forests, pristine steams and rivers, it's no wonder Arkansas is known as "The Natural State."

Of all the gems in the Eureka Springs area, none outshine Beaver Lake. Located within just a few miles of Eureka, Beaver Lake has become one the assets for which we are most thankful. Eurekaspringswebcam.com is proud to provide you up to the minute daytime videos pictures of its natural beauty.

Beaver Lake History and Activities
Beaver Lake in Northwest Arkansas is one of several lakes created by the dams built by the Army Corps of Engineers along the White River. Finished in 1966, Beaver Lake Dam is the first in the chain and is responsible for creating a lake some 28,000 acres in size. With 487 miles of shoreline highlighted by limestone bluffs, Beaver Lake offers a world of recreational opportunities including camping, hiking, boating, water skiing, swimming, scuba diving, birding and fishing. Smallmouth bass fishing, largemouth bass fishing, and striper bass fishing are among the favorites and have provided many trophy catches, but you'll also appreciate the plentiful supplies of crappie, bream, white bass, channel and spoonbill catfish.

Beaver Lake Lodging
Beaver Lake Arkansas Lodging offers many opportunities to visitors who enjoy the natural beauty the area offers. Beaver Lake Cabins, Beaver Lake Cottages and Beaver Lake Resorts dot the shoreline and provide overnight and week long accommodations to sport enthusiasts and families alike. Beaver Lake Vacation Homes such as Winterwood Lakeside Cottage and others offer their guests the kind of beauty, comfort and relaxation found only in the Ozark Mountains.
